Vi bearbetar anmälningarna i turordning och skickar i samband med din anmälan en faktura på anmälningsavgiften (på 25% av den totala kursavgiften). Din plats på workshopen är säkrad när vi har mottagit betalningen på anmälningsavgiften. Resterande kursavgift (på 75%) måste vara betalt senast 2023-03-31.
Sen skickar vi en faktura i april 2023 på resterande kursavgift som skall betalas in innan kursens start. Om kursen, mot förmodan, inte blir av vill ev. anmälnings- och kursavgifter betalt till Hofmann Teknik naturligtvis bli återbetalt till fullo. Se gärna längre ner under punkten ”Förbehåll” för övrig information.
Moms – Alla deltagare som bor eller har sin verksamhet i Sverige måste betala moms på workshop avgiften. Deltagare utanför Sverige, men inom EU och som har ett momsregistrerat företag betalar ingen moms på workshop avgiften. Det samma gäller deltagare utanför EU (inkl. England, Norge och Schweiz) oavsett om det är en momsregistrerad verksamhet eller inte. Deltagare som inte har momsregistrerade verksamhet inom EU måste betala 25% moms på workshop avgiften.
Förbehåll – Saker och ting händer, det är många saker som måste fungera för att få en workshop som denna att bli av. Om det, mot allas intentioner, blir så att vi måste ställa in workshopen, kan vi inte ansvara för ev. kostnader eller annat planerat som du som deltagare har betalat / bokat. Ev. anmälnings- och kursavgifter som är betalt till oss vill däremot återbetalas.
We will process the registrations as we receive them and will send an invoice on the registration fee (25% of the total course fee). Your place in the workshop is secured when we have received the payment for the registration fee. Remaining workshop fee (75%) must be paid before March 31.
In April 2023, we will send an invoice on the remaining course fee, to be paid before the start of the course. If the workshop is cancelled, any registration- and course fees paid to Hofmann Teknik will naturally be fully refunded. Please see the section ”Reservations” for further information.
Swedish VAT. All participants who live or have a business in Sweden must pay the 25% Swedish VAT on the workshop fee. Participants outside Sweden, but within the EU, and who have a VAT registered company do not have to pay the 25% Swedish VAT on the workshop fee. The same apply for participants outside the EU (incl. UK, Norway and Switzerland) regardless of whether you have VAT-registered business or not. Participants who do not have a VAT registered company within the EU must pay the 25% Swedish VAT on the workshop fee.
Reservation – Things do happen and there are many things that must work in order to get a workshop like this up and running. So, if, contrary to everyone’s intentions, we have to cancel the workshop, we cannot be responsible for any costs or other plans that you, as a participant, have paid / booked. However, any registration- and course fees paid to Hofmann Teknik will be fully refunded.
